Final Frame Inspections

City Wide Building Consultants can inspect and prepare a photographic and written final frame inspection report for the Builder as part of their ongoing quality control to ensure nothing is missed prior to cladding and linings are completed.

This inspection can also be on behalf of the owner who needs an independent opinion on the building structure and associated trades prior to a progress claim drawdown.

Our aim with these inspections is purely as an independent consultant to provide technical advice to both parties, Builder and Owner which will benefit them and will serve as a safety mechanism in avoiding costly disputes post completion.
